Overview

What exactly is Impact Marketing?

Impact Marketing is an integrated, automated and free marketing hub.

Users can deploy multi-tactic marketing campaigns supporting multiple business units and dozens of products directly from the site. Users can also create a custom profile with their financial institutions' logo, brand colors, and URLs. The system will then dynamically pull information from your profile to automatically customize campaigns – no Photoshop or design skills required.

Profile

Where can I find my profile?

In the upper right-hand corner, roll over the "person icon" and select the 'My Profile' dropdown.

What if I don't understand what information a profile field is asking for?

On the Profile page we try to keep our descriptions for profile fields clear, but concise. If any additional explanation is needed we offer a My Profile Guide (PDF) with supplementary information on profile fields.

How do I upload a logo or app icon?

There is a section in your profile labelled 'Image Collections'. Here there is the option to upload images of your FI logo, Consumer App Icon, Business App Icon or Zelle® Logo Lockup. The process is detailed in our My Profile Guide (PDF).

Multiple images can be uploaded for each collection to use in customization.

What are the recommended file type and size specifications for logo and icon uploads?

Print/Digital recommendations:

  • Maximum size of 600x600 pixels
  • 300 DPI resolution
  • JPG or PNG format
  • Cropped to include no additional white space
  • Recommended name FinancialInstitutionName_Print

Email requirements:

  • Maximum size of 250x250 pixels
  • 72 DPI resolution
  • JPG or PNG format
  • White Background
  • Recommended name FinancialInstitutionName_Email

Print & Digital

My primary or secondary brand colors are not correct when I customize assets, how do I fix this?

From your profile you may review the hex color value entered for 'Primary Brand Color' and 'Secondary Brand Color.' For assistance converting your brand colors to the proper hex value we recommend this color converter.

When I update my customization selections the proof is not updating. Why?

After selecting or changing customizations for digital and print assets a refresh is required for an updated proof. You can do this by clicking the orange "Preview" button.

I have a question about the asset or campaign I am working on, who do I talk to?

Does it cost anything to download an asset?

No, all materials are free to customize and download.

Why did my test send without a logo when I selected to have a logo?

Email assets must use a logo that meets the below requirements to render in a send:

  • Maximum size of 250x250 pixels
  • 72 DPI resolution
  • JPG or PNG format
  • White Background
  • Recommended to name FI_Email

Can I customize an email within Impact Marketing then launch using an external provider?

Yes, you can use an Email HTML Generator to customize the email code and send externally. We also offer source files that you can use to customize and launch externally on your own if you prefer.

Social Media

How do I utilize social media source files?

Download and open the source files, select the desired copy and image from the source files for a post, login to social media and post directly uploading the image and pasting in the copy.

Within the source files we provide copy and image options for social posts.

What social media networks does Impact Marketing provide social content for?

We provide content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Our Facebook business page is linked to a personal account, how do I post to the business page and not my personal page?

Login to the account, select the ‘Pages’ tab, select the appropriate business page and create a post.

How can I view reporting for social media?

Each social media platform offers their own reporting for social posts. Below you will find directions on where to find reporting based on the social media platform.

  • Facebook – Open your business page and then select the Insights tab
  • Instagram – Open your profile within the app and select the Insights tab
  • Twitter – Go to https://analytics.twitter.com/ and sign in to review analytics dashboards

What reporting is available to me?

There are history reports for digital (including print asset downloads) and email assets ordered.

Where can I find my email, print and digital reports?

If you roll over the person icon in the upper right-hand corner there is an 'Order History' and 'Requisition History' drop down which leads to the reports.

I'm not seeing any reports when I go to these pages, what's going on?

Make sure to update the dates to include when you ordered the item(s) you'd like to view information on then select the 'Search' button to refresh results.

How long will I have access to my reports online via Impact Marketing?

Reports will be available for two years after checkout or send.

eLearning Portal

What is the eLearning Portal in Impact Marketing?

The eLearning portal is designed to educate your frontline staff on the features and benefits of the Impact Marketing site, and CardHub, Mobile, and Zelle® products to help them effectively communicate to your consumers.

How do I register for the eLearning Portal?

You can access the eLearning portal by logging into Xchange. If you do not have an Xchange account, you can register here.

How do I search for eLearning training courses in Xchange?

In Xchange, search "DPS Marketing - *course title* (Impact Marketing, CardHub, Mobile or Zelle®)."

How long will it take for account verification?

Account verification and approval may take up to 2 business days.

Is the eLearning portal available to all clients?

The Impact Marketing eLearning portal is available to clients with a direct relationship with Fiserv. If your Financial Institution does not have a direct relationship with Fiserv and you are interested in the eLearning training courses, please contact your Account Executive for more information.
