Please complete this form to submit your Zelle® creative assets for Early Warning Systems (EWS) approval.
In order to create an efficient approval process, please:

  • Ensure you have followed the Zelle® brand guidelines located on the Zelle® Partner Portal
  • All submissions must be PDF format. The only file extensions allowed are .PDF. If your asset is a non-static, or video, please create a PDF file with a link to the asset. EWS will compile feedback on the PDF.
  • Name PDF files using the following naming convention before attaching to email: FIname_assetname_date submitted_Version (BankName_digitalbanners_090321_V1).
  • Complete the form below and click Submit.
  • Upon clicking Submit, a new email will open where you will attach a PDF of your creative asset.
