Official Rules

Eligibility: The 2026 Financial Fitness Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and the territories of Guam and Saipan, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (except in jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years, in which case the entrant must meet that legal age) (“Entrant”). Non-resident aliens are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and consultants of Fiserv Solutions, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, employees of participating financial institutions (“FIs”) as defined below*, Marden-Kane, Inc. (“Administrator”), and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Releasees”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Each Entrant, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. CT except for the first day of the Sweepstakes where a day is defined as beginning at 9:00:00 a.m. CT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The Sponsor's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) methods of entry to participate (online via a banking transaction and by mail (no purchase required)).

1. Online Entry Method (Banking Transaction required): To participate, go to Finfitmovessweeps.com and follow the online instructions to complete a qualifying transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”). Account holders must be in good standing (not in default under their agreements as of March 31, 2026) at a participating FI to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each one of the following actions completed during the Promotion Period. A Qualifying Transaction includes the following and each has a limit of one (1) entry per method/per person for the entire Promotion Period.
   • Bill Pay: Add and pay a new bill. Qualifying Bill Pay transactions must be at least $10 and must be sent to a unique party with a different mailing address from the Bill Pay subscriber. Payments to oneself are excluded.
   • eBill: Activate an eBill.
   • Auto Pay: Set up a new auto payment for eBill or set up a new reoccurring payment.
   • External Transfers: Add and complete an inbound transfer from a new External Account. Qualifying transfers must be at least $50 moved between a newly added TransferNow^® external account and a qualified account at the FI, and new registration qualifiers must complete the add-and-verify account process.
   • Zelle^®: Add and pay a new Zelle^® contact. Qualifying transfers must be at least $5 and paid to a third party with a different mailing address from the primary online banking account holder from which the payment is made.
   • Mobile Banking: Enroll in mobile banking. Download the mobile app and link to your online banking account. Qualifying mobile banking transactions must occur within the FI's mobile banking app and be linked to the user's online banking account.
   • CardHub^®: Set up a control with Cards.

   Details on Qualifying Transactions: The Sponsor services and the financial services generally offered at the various Financial Institutions vary. All Qualifying Transactions must be completed during the Promotion Period. All entrants must be the primary account holder of the FI associated with the action used to enter. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the natural person associated with the email account (the email account owner) used to complete a Qualifying Transaction will be considered the entrant, but only if that person is otherwise eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Your purchase/transaction must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 31, 2026. For purposes of this Promotion, the primary account holder is a person who owns and is the authorized user of the account used for one of the Qualifying Transactions listed above. Entries from unauthorized account use, made with a lost, stolen or fraudulent credit card, are void.

   "Participating Financial Institutions" include the following:

   • By Mail (No Purchase Necessary): To participate in the Sweepstakes without making a transaction or payment of any kind, eligible Entrants may handprint their name, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, and email address (mandatory), on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper, place in a #10 business-sized stamped envelope and mail to: 2026 Financial Fitness Sweepstakes, P.O. Box XXX, Syosset, NY 11791-XXXX. Only one (1) stamped envelope will be accepted, per person; any additional mail-ins will be void. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including outer envelope, must be handwritten. All mail entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2026, received June 8, 2026. Limit seven (7) total entries (one mail-in envelope) via the free method of entry for the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, garbled postage due mail or mail-in entries not processed by the United States Postal Service by the deadline date. Releasees assume no responsibility for human or other error, or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged, or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of quantity and/or receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

     Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service carrier may apply. If you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier's network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

     There is a maximum of fourteen (14) entries per person for the entire Promotion Period (seven (7) online transaction entries and seven (7) no purchase entries via one (1) mail-in-entry envelope). By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor and/or Administrator's sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator are final and binding.

   RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select five (5) potential Grand Prize winners (“Winner”) will be conducted on or about June 15, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, who is an independent judging organization and whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Winners will be declared the official Winners of the Sweepstakes. Many will enter, but only five (5) potential Winners will be randomly selected. No guarantee to win, and chance/odds of winning is solely dependent on the total number of eligible purchase and non-purchase mail-in entries received. In the event there are not enough eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received during the Promotion Entry Period to conduct the random drawing, all the Grand Prizes will not be awarded. This is a randomized drawing that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of the Sponsor. The promotion is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.

   WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing by the Administrator. To claim the prize, Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, a Publicity Release where legal (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification date will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential Winner. In the event that a potential Winner cannot be contacted, or a potential Winner fails to timely return any documents requested, return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, or a potential Winner declines the prize for any reason will result in such potential Winner being disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to a potential Winner who is disqualified, and an alternate potential Winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received, at Sponsor's discretion. Prize winnings must be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns, and Winner is solely responsible for paying federal or state income taxes associated with their prize.

   PRIZES/ODDS: Five (5) Grand Prizes – each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) cash payment in the amount of $2,000. Retail Value (“RV”) of each prize is $2,000 (the “Prize”). Total RV of all Prizes is $10,000. The odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. In no event will more prizes be awarded than listed in these Official Rules.

   PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of such Winner's name, likeness, photograph, opinions, hometown and state for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

   CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc., and all its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human, typographical or printing errors, (ii) technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, wireless service, or any other error or malfunction, (iii) or for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries or processing of a transaction, for any reason, including computer, telephone, wireless service, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon, (iv) other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrator's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entry and/or prevent him/her from future entry), and/or who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules, to modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award any unawarded prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date or otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage any online service or website associated with this Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion.

   DISPUTES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited, Entrants agree: [1] to release, indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize that may be assigned; [2] any and all disputed, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes prize assigned shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court of Wisconsin or the appropriate Wisconsin State Court located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; [3] any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will Entrants be permitted to obtain attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and [4] under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly, or are lost for any reason, including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon. If, in the Sponsor's opinion for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run as planned for reasons that may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Sponsors' policies or procedures or any other causes that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on the Promotion website; and Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing and award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the cancelation of the Promotion.

   PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.fiserv.com/en/about-fiserv/privacy-notice.html.

   WHO WON: For the names of the Winners, visit www.Finfitmovessweeps.com. Winner names will be posted approximately thirty (30) days after drawing date and Winners have been verified.
